Why is my Netscape running very slowly?

1) In Netscape, go to the Options pulldown menu and click on Network Preferences. 2)
Make sure that the Cache tab is selected.
3) Click on the Clear Memory Cache Now and Clear Disk Cache Now buttons.
4) Click on OK.
