DSL is an always-on dedicated connection available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minimum contract period is 6 months. Payments can be made on a monthly, six-month or annual basis.

Suspended Accounts - Email

Due to recent court decisions, it is now VCS Internet's policy, three (3) days after suspension of a customer's account, to bounce email back to the sender where email is a service provided by VCS Internet.

Reconnection Fee

It is VCS Internet's policy to charge a $20 reconnection fee for those accounts which have been suspended for late or no payment, payable at the time of reconnection. This applies to dialup, webhosting, domain, and high speed accounts.
