When can I call for technical support when all else fails?

Currently, we answer technical calls from 8:30am to 9pm Monday through Friday and from
10pm-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. If you call and reach our voice mail at any time, please
leave a message so we may call you back as soon as we can and help you. We know it is
frustrating when calling and getting the voice mail, but sometimes our phone lines are
quite busy with technical support calls, billing questions, or people inquiring about our
services. Our phone number for technical support is 780-333-4884.
When calling for technical support, please be in front of your computer and have the
following information ready:
- Your username (and password if needed)
- The operating system of your computer (Windows 3.x, Windows 95, Classic Mac, Power Mac,
or other)
- The amount of RAM, hard drive space, and type of processor of your computer
- The actual error message that you received (please write this down if you get an error
message)
- The time, date, and what you were doing when you received the error message
