This may be caused by having the incorrect username or password set up in the script.To
check this information:
1) Open Trumpet Winsock.
2) Go to the Dialer pulldown menu and click on setup.cmd.
3) The phone number that you are dialing will appear first. Click on the OK button.
4) Your username will now appear. Make sure that it is spelled correctly and is all lowercase.
If it is correct, click on the OK button.
5) Your password will now appear, but you will only see the "*" character
for each character in your password. Delete what is there and retype your password,
making sure that you type it correctly and is all lowercase unless you specified
otherwise. Click on the OK button and you are done.
Try to dial in now. If you are still getting "ACCESS DENIED," please call our
technical support for verification of your username and password.
