Q. When I try to dial in, it says "Modem not responding." Why?
A. If you get this message:

1) Double click on your My Computer icon.
2) Double click on the Dial-Up Netowrking icon.
3) With your RIGHT mouse button, click on the connection icon VCS and click on Properties with your left mouse button.
4) Make sure that your modem is listed in the Connect using: section. If it is not, make sure it has your correct modem.
